Looks like a blast proof computer rack used on old drilling rigs. Do the holes on the sides in the second and third pic have threads in them? so they can screw a cover into place? I use to install drill data systems on rigs in the late '90s we used much smaller cabinets then (smaller components) than the earlier models had, but all aluminum and super strong. I think your right on with your idea though looks like you could smoke up some stuff in that thing (no pun intended).





At times there is not a satisfactory substitute for well-aimed lead going down range at high velocity.
