Nice guns - wood/blue.

My duck gun is a camo M2. It's on its sixth season. There are areas of wear, but no rust. Both my buddies shoot black synthetic Benellis. Neither guy spends much time cleaning his gun. And both guns show noticeable rust on the barrels and receivers.

If I were buying a black syn shotgun (probably will soon), I'd have it ceracoated or some such. Well spent preventive maintenance.
Never assume.

Here's the transition I made in '98..........wood (with camo tape) to black synthetic.

I like the camo. My thinking is if I'm going to pay $1000 for a gun, what's another hundred for the camo.
