Jack Plate for Power Tilt and trim outboard

I have a 40 hp outboard with power tilt and trim and it is tough getting over logs and such. Does anyone know where I can buy a plate or something that will allow the motor to kick up....Any help will be greatly appreciated...Thanks

bass pro has one and maybe cabelas but bass pro for sure and the run about 350 . it requres remoning motor bolt it on wire it up and mount motor to it and you are ready. i installed one alst year and it was about 2 hr job
