Re: Wildlife Extravaganza
Get your fill of gradma's fudge, some magical aluminum welder, so tacticool camo, 50-11 Chinese fair knives, and magical scents. Literally since I was a kid, I haven't noticed a thing different.
But the people watching is phenominal. The starched camo shirts and "dress shirts" with deer on them ...

Re: Young Children - "Gift" Money Savings
Short of what I require them to put in the offering at church i let em spend every penny. We get some good lessons along the way but hoarding it up ain't gonna amount to anything (maybe monetary gifts in my family are smaller than yours) and I figure what they learn from using it, spending it ...

Re: Women's clothes
Saw a new brand (new to me anyways ) called SHE in Bass Pro the other day. Looks to be women's only hunting clothing. As the father of two daughters I was glad to see...we've tried to make do for a while with small sizes etc.

Re: Question for those who remain
Tablets and phones make it hard for me to post. Most of the posts I start I get frustrated with predictive text, can't see the screen or whatever...so I just delete.
I do try to check out the site regularly though.

TOP 10 (lower 48)
Hey guys needing some input. Thinking about a bucket list of sorts for waterfowling experiences in the lower 48. What would be your top 10 (even if you haven't been) experiences, places etc coupled with a species?

Re: Permanent Blind Setting 4x4 Pilings
I would drive them in as far as possible but really just enough to keep them in place then take plastic 55 gallon drums with 4 x 4 hole in the bottom and slide over the post and fill with quikrete. We use Coverdell ESA...529 was my second choice. Only change id make is to put more in each month. Agree on tax advice and if memory serves tax code is pretty loose on whats "necessary" expense for education.
