Need Some Help

Father Ryan House is great. If you want something calm peaceful, (the old Coast) look for some thing in Pass Christian or Bay St.Louis. It is a pretty drive to Biloxi from here. Could be a little long though. It is up to you. If you want casinos, traffic, and a loud night life, Biloxi is your best ...

DU Oreck vac!!!

With all the money we give DU, I wish we could give that money straight to the farmers for them to plant and build habitat, and buy more public land for us the hunters. Instead of giving our money straight to a corperation which by the time they go to use our money it is worth 3/4 its original value ...

Life partners?

I bet you did not pick up any shells you dropped in the blind! I would not care if it was a 3.5 gold plated shot. There is no place for celery eaters in a duck blind. Barf!

truck maintenance question

I was told it should be changed out every 50,000 miles or 30,000 if you are towing heavy equipment: large boats, horse trailers, etc.. and it should be change at 30,000 for a a new truck to see if the gears are alligned and not shearing.

duck recipes

Take a half of the duck breast open it up (like a pocket) stuff it with cream cheese and jalopenos, wrap them in bacon, season using your favorite seasoning (tony's etc..) cook on the grill. You must soak the ducks in sprite or milk for 24-48 hours. It will taste better than a filet mignon! Won't ...

PICK YOUR HUNTIN PARTNERS CAREFULLY

That is funny, but I can see why you are upset. I mean really who takes a dump on a paper plate. You need to tell him that you both are there and if he can't respect your personal time he needs to go. Tell him he is suppose to do that crazy stuff at camp fire not when people are trying to sleep ...

Hunters missing, presumed drowned

It is true. It happened on Lake Mary. It is around Fort Adams. 3 survived 2 drowned. A girl that works with me told me about it this morning. It was one of her boyfriends friends from high school. If she hears anything else I'll keep ya posted.

It could happen to any of us!!!
Be safe out there ...

Ideas on the great season?

Just wondering what ya'll think is the # 1 factor for the crappy season?
Weather?

UPDATE: TEXAS QUAIL HUNTING

Not real sure if that is some sort of marketing ploy to get me to come back or not? Those towns out there are bad off. I would say their survival for some would depend on the hunters??

UPDATE: TEXAS QUAIL HUNTING

Was gone 3 days killed around 50 (5-8 coveys a day). Very slow year the locals of Matador and Paduca Texas said. They said it has been such a slow season due to a bad hatch which was due to little rain. There were guys there from South Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia Etc... all doing less than us. I ...

Should be a good hunt, and I would like some advice or tips on things to bring and not bring etc.. so that may help it ...

Turkeys gobbled Sat. and the Rattlesnakes crawled

I hunted on the Big Black West of Canton this weekend and I had 8 gobblers come out of a tree and five of them spoke most of the morning. On a clear cold morning, they will usually gobble once or twice. This weekend was an exception i guess?
