I have been shooting a Pattern Master with 3" Kent 1 3/8 BB's for 3 years and this is a deadly combination with long range killing consistancy. Would not change for anything.

The best time to hunt the river is when the wind gets up to about 25 or 30 MPH out of the South and hits that current coming in a torrent due south. The breakers will swamp most boats smaller than a small barge. I have seen 15' swells with breakers on top resulting from the above situation plus two ...

Back in the late 60's and early 70's all of the land on the east side of 61 over to the Delta National Forrest was in soybeans. The Greentree reservoirs just off the Sunflower River in the Delta National Forrest were some of the finest pin oak hunting in the South. They even set up road blocks to ...

Don't know about that one, but my son killed one when he was 13 that was over 10 years old. It was banded near Red Bud, Il. on 1/15/81 and he made a great shot on it leaving out the north end of our spread on 12/31/90. It hatched in 1980 or earlier. I had the greenhead mounted for him and the ...

Just came by Gib Steele's rice field at the tower between Arcola and Wayside, the water level is up from a couple of days ago. He is holding about 300 mallards and about 4000 snows and blues. Looks like the water level is up in the catfish ponds between Hollandale and Belzoni. A lot are emptying the ...
