Re: 3rd truck breakin in past year and half

I'm in the Thomas Street area in Tupelo. I had my 20 yr.old browning .300 mag stolen two years ago and when I went to see a buddy of mine at the pawn shop he said he heard of 26 break-ins in our area in 2 days. The guy that's getting the GPS's is probably on foot and grabbing anything he can put in ...

Re: Davis Wade Stadium expansion

I heard the first thing they might do is take the chairbacks on the West side and make them club level and Luxury boxes, then later on enclose the endzone.

You are legally bound to pay commission. Maybe she will lower her commission since you are working with her on a new house. Tell her if she does, you will sign a buyer's agency agreement. This is different from the working with a Real Estate Broker form. This will bound you to use her and if you buy ...

Re: bread pudding recipe?

IV's restaurant in Tupelo is owned by Al Wallace. He has a different flavor everyday for dessert. He was a chef at one of the casinos before opening up his own. Look up the number and call him. Good guy. Bet he will give you a receipe.

Re: blackberry pearl vs blackberry world edition

Re: Dog beds

Try to find someone that works in a foam factory. I have a buddy that does one's fire extinguisher systems. He's gotten some memory foam scraps for my dog. Just today he brought home a huge bag of stuffing and restuffed his dog bed.

Re: One more reason why I can't stand the Tide

When I was in college, their fans would show up starting on Wednesday before a Saturday game. RV's ranging from 5k to 250k ...

Muck Boots. If you're still hunting, get some boot blankets. I got the Artic Shield. Didn't think something so thin could keep your feet so warm. First time I used them it was 12 degrees. Put on a thick pair of socks, muck boots, and when I got to my stand put one the boot blankets. Waited all ...

Re: Real Estate commission

It all depends on the agent's broker. The broker owns the listing, not the agent. My broker doesn't cut commission. There are part-time brokerages for that(help-u-sell, assist-a-sell, etc.). Full time brokerages market your house all over the internet and other places in which they have to pay ...
