These people out here in Houston are crazy on their prices of cooked crawfish, $5.99 a pound and people will stand in line for hours to pay that. Personally I buy them live for $2.00 a pound and cook them myself.

Just to update, I did fry them as I would catfish and they are some fine eating. As for as catching them, they don't fight nowhere near like a Red. I now know why people out here truly love to catch Red's.
