Tacking up wire is my next step but I have to make sure I have them and any applicable babies out first. I’m pretty sure they leave during heat of day.
The ones I’ve trapped are getting taken about 7 miles away. I should probably just kill them to make sure but have not done that yet.
Had to rig ...

Help with squirrels in my house
So I’ve known for a while that they are in my attic. I’ve trapped them and disposed of them. The entrance whole is large and I’m waiting in a contractor to come do some extensive trim work that includes replacing the area the arboreal vermin are infiltrating my home.

Re: Boy Scouts
I don’t think for obvious reasons that the Girl Scouts are at all in support of this. I believe I heard a quote last week from them that pretty much summed them t up. Girl Scout statement was that they could offer so much more to young females in a program that is specifically crafted around them ...

Re: Tupelo MS Eats
People rave about BC but a big part of it is the craft beer selection if that’s what you’re looking for. If going with kids you need to go earlier if you want to avoid live music loudness and bar scene. Nothing wrong with it just big swing in atmosphere around dinner time.

Neon pig for the smash burger. Romies for the plate lunch. Vanellis bistro downtown for limited menu but pizza focused. My new favorite is Amsterdam Deli small menu Mediterranean food, humus, gyro, falafel etc I think it's one of the best kept secrets in town.

Re: Baptist Hospital Daycare reading material...
Problem is if the employee calls out the hospital for requiring their child to read pro homosexual literature then the employee becomes a possible target of HR or admin for discrimination or intolerance. Double edged sword.

Re: Bro Ballace in the news
I think he had been in Tupelo that day doing some type of charity football camp with several other former OM, State and NFL players. I guess that could explain why he was in West Point maybe headed back to EMCC.

Re: Here is a black dude getting maced
That gentleman looked to be on something strong. The snippet of video you get of him walking towards them is probably not the beginning of the encounter. Based on the way he took that pepper spray he was numb to anything. I don't think you treat anybody any differently because of their race but he ...

Re: Aggressive behavior
That's where I was going with that post. Not so much reaching out to get him trained for protection but how that type of trainer controls the aggression and is able to say no and back them off. Their job is to teach controlled aggression.

Re: Aggressive behavior
this may sound crazy but may be worth looking into. Since you would like him to be able to flip a switch on his aggression more for your protection like you mentioned in your 2nd post have you ever thought about consulting with or sending him for a bit to a someone who trains defense dogs or police ...

Re: North Ms Guys: Question
My dad is currently working with ACI out of batesville. They sat down with him and designed what he wanted drafted the design and sent the quote out pretty quick. His was for a residential to be built in Calhoun county about 30 minutes out of Oxford. So far he's happy with there response but he's ...

Re: Help me understand why
A scuffle or issue at the school would not have been an option as my wife was the pta parent of the year. I'm dumb but not that dumb. It ticked my wife off to no end as well. I told my wife that I was just glad that my dad who is a retired 38 year grizzled army vet with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan ...

Help me understand why
A grown man would choose to not stand up for the pledge of allegence at an elementary school awards program. I assume he was not disabled as he walked in and sat down just fine. He was not too old appeared to me in his 30s maybe. His wife gave him the stare but he refused to stand. Help me ...

Re: Young Children - "Gift" Money Savings
We have simple savings accounts for both of our boys. We use that to make larger deposits they receive from events such as Christmas where there may be a few hundred combined in the deposits. Smaller amounts such as tooth fairy, birthday etc they keep in a piggy bank and spend as they see fit.

Re: Coaching 6 year olds
Ive coached a few sports at park and rec and travel level for about a decade now between my two sons. You are in a tough situation for sure. Been there. The one thing you have to remember is this is not travel ball that you are coaching and also how you would want your child treated by the coach if ...
