no duck theories

Check the no.s on Grand Pass CA (Mo.). Typically it peaks at 100K birds. This year they reported 280K+ and maybe more (they were having trouble counting them) after the season closed. I don't know anything about why or when ducks move but I believe that the people who study them for a living don't ...

how many people ?

Let's go back to the premise. It refered to 95 to 98% of this forum being in favor of Bush because they made more than 100k. My point was that this was a result of conservative upbringing and conservative peers, not a result of financial success. I never made reference to education or race. I ...

how many people?

I work on construction so I already know that I am dumb, stupid, and don't know how to spell. You are from a conservative state in the bible belt,so most people hold conservative views and I think that is a fair statement. I've had my butt whipped before so you won't be breaking any new ground there.

how many people

Featherduster-it's not their income- they're from Ms. they can't help it. This is not meant in a duragatory way, it's just that people are a product of their environment. It's hard to overcome a mindset that has has been instilled since birth.

Bufflehead-'stupid white men' was a reference to a book by Michael Moore, not a shot at any particular individual. Thanks for promoting Gephardt to the senate, I thought Mo. had two republican senators (Bond & Talent).

The Environment

Get your head out of the sand boys-the money boys will destroy the environment for a nickel. Bush is one of the money boys-bottom line.

dubitable pilotage

Yo-Benny--I knew it! A southern democrat is almost a republican anyway. Those of you who despise the word 'liberal' please note that it is derived from the root word meaning freedom. Allow yourself the freedom to think for yourself and not blindly follow your peers.
