February is a weird month to have all the small game hunts crammed into 28 days basically. 80 degree weather is tough on rabbit dogs. Snakes are a concern. Both Banded waders I've had leaked. Terrific waders and far as comfort, warmth and mobility. What works is ReviveX Durable Water Repellent Spray available from Cabelas or Macks. Great stuff. Just spray it on and let it dry.
